Why is this loaf coming soon?

This loaf has been submitted to the New Jersey Department of Health for approval. The application was submitted June 25, 2026, and the department currently advises allowing approximately 16 weeks for review.

We hope to make it available around mid-October, although the final timing is up to the Department of Health.
